The “Bridging Generations and Cultures” session was held on October 19, 2025, during the International Youth Sustainable Innovation Summit (YSS 2025) in Shenzhen. Co-hosted by Climind and the GreenBridge Institute, the session focused on intergenerational and cross-cultural collaboration in sustainability leadership.

The session brought together participants from philanthropy, technology, impact investing, education, and global affairs. Speakers included Carol M. Fox and Jay Henderson from the East-West Philanthropy Forum, Hongshan Chen, President of the China Global Philanthropy Institute, and Yu Jin, Chairman of 1Step Technology and Founder of the 3I Fund.

The role in this session focused on convening a cross-sector conversation between experienced institutional leaders and young innovators. The discussion examined how sustainable leadership can move beyond individual achievement and become a collaborative process built on trust, cultural understanding, and shared responsibility.
