The 2025 Sustainable Social Value Innovation Conference, hosted by Tencent, was held on December 3, 2025, at the Zhongguancun International Innovation Center in Beijing. The conference brought together leaders from technology, academia, international organizations, and social innovation institutions to discuss how artificial intelligence can support sustainable development and responsible innovation.
The event included representatives from Tencent, the United Nations Resident Coordinator Office, Tsinghua University, the China Enterprise Reform and Development Society, UNDP, and the Schwab Foundation. Senior leadership from Tencent, including Xi Dan (Senior Vice President) and Chen Juhong (Vice President), hosted the event. Other notable participants included Xue Lan (Dean of Schwarzman College, Tsinghua University), Yang Bin (Vice President, Tsinghua University), as well as tech entrepreneurs Han Bicheng (Founder of BrainCo) and Huang Dinglong.
