Spoke on Climate Technology and Emerging-Market Perspectives at the 54th St. Gallen Symposium in Switzerland on 7–8 May 2025

The 54th St. Gallen Symposium was held on 7–8 May 2025 at the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland under the theme “Shifting Global Power.” The annual symposium examined how the movement towards a more multipolar international system is changing business, governance, technology, sustainability and relations between generations.

The St. Gallen Symposium is organized by the International Students’ Committee, an independent student initiative at the University of St. Gallen. The 2025 edition brought together more than 1,200 participants from 87 countries across business, politics, academia and civil society, with over 60 plenary sessions, debates, workshops and smaller discussions.

Participants included Swiss President Karin Keller-Sutter, Singapore Deputy Prime Minister Heng Swee Keat, Siemens President and CEO Roland Busch, government ministers, investors, researchers, corporate executives and members of the symposium’s international Leaders of Tomorrow community.
